WE Care - Project co-funded by the European Union and national funds of the participating countries.Improvement of preventive health care and social services of children and elderly population and the promotion of health of all children through implementation of ascreening program for children with focus in vulnerable populations for the prevention and detection of asthma and congenital heart diseases, for the provision of primary health care and counselling regarding the above mentioned diseases, for training of parents and teachers, and implementation of innovative Information & Communication Technologies (ICT).
